Easier Meditation Through Neuroscience – 2 Class Series

We are often given meditation instructions such as “follow the breath” or “keep your mind on the breath sensations.”  However, our brains are not wired to be able to do that easily on command.  This can set up a sense of failure, or “I can’t do this.” 
Thankfully there are easier ways to meditate, based on the way our minds work, which can set us up for success.  And we can make meditation more enjoyable by noticing what is pleasant.  If you have not tried these techniques, come and see how successful you can be!
The classes will include discussion and meditation practice, and are taught by Kim Weeber. You can take the entire series or drop in as you wish.

Suggested donation for class series is $30 – 40.   
Donate according to your means.  If you are able to donate more, this allows others with less means to attend.
